The Burnley Campus is part of the School of Ecosystem and Forest Sciences and enjoys an international profile in urban horticulture teaching, as well as an expanding profile in green infrastructure and urban waterways research. Burnley provides a range of educational, research and training opportunities from short courses and professional development programs, through to postgraduate coursework and research degrees. Situated in nine-hectares of heritage listed gardens and only seven kilometres from the city centre, the campus is also home to the Burnley Green Roofs, the first dedicated demonstration, training and research facility of its kind in Australia.
