REGISTRATION FEES

Registration covers the two day conference including lunches, morning and afternoon teas –

* If booked prior to 2nd July 2009 – $495.00 per person.
* If booked after 1st July 2009 – $550.00 per person.

Student concessions are available on the above terms at a 50% discount. (Conference registrations only). Applications must be accompanied with a copy of the relevant student card. Student registrations are not transferable and student ID should be carried at the conference. Applications may also be made for Group Bookings of 10 or more.

GST: 
All prices in this brochure are inclusive of GST except where otherwise stated.
CANCELLATIONS: 
Registrations may be transferred to another person provided the registration office is informed in writing prior to 28th August, 2009.  A 75% refund is available for cancellations made prior to 28th August, 2009.  After that date, no refunds are available.
BADGES:
Delegates are requested to wear name badges at the Conference at all times.
